Growing up as an “Army brat,” I moved every couple of years,infiltrating new places, cultures, and perspectives. Each move taught me to decode social dynamics quickly—reading behavior, understanding cultural nuances, and identifying who was truly aligned with my values.
These skills became my foundation for understanding people and, ultimately, my passion for recruitment.
Over the last 20 years, I have traveled to over 50 countries and lived across Africa, Asia-Pacific, and nine years in Australia where 
Orama was born. There, I have honed this art of matchmaking for businesses across industries and continents.
My approach is far beyond simply “filling a position.” For me, it’s about finding the perfect synergy—the belonging that happens when a person’s motivations and values align seamlessly with a company’s mission and culture.
